At the very beginning of my ministry in 1973 I had a prophetic dream concerning the last days - a body of water like an ocean was coming down from Heaven to the earth. People were afraid this water would drown them. I began to say, “Don’t be afraid, this is God, He won’t hurt you.” I then saw an Angel with a sword come down and divide the large body of water. I then saw the earth like a globe, and saw the water come down upon the four corners of the earth and start rising from the bottom. People began to enjoy this and wade ankle deep in it. Soon it was waist deep and people really didn’t notice how high the water was getting until it went over their heads. Again, some cried and said, “Oh no, we’re going to drown.” I was in the water and was enjoying the presence of God. Then I began to help those people who were afraid. I saw I was out there in the midst of the people, giving instructions along with others. I believe this dream was a type of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in these last days and that God doesn’t just dump everything on us all at once. He begins to teach us and train us little by little, line upon line, precept upon precept.
